By submitting your music to Foreign House, you ("the Artist") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Agreement to Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Artist") and Foreign House ("the Company").
1.2 By submitting your music, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Rights and Obligations

2.1 The Artist grants Foreign House the non-exclusive right to distribute the submitted music ("the Work") to major digital streaming platforms, including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, and other social media and streaming platforms.
2.2 The Artist retains all ownership rights to the Work, including copyright and publishing rights.
2.3 The Artist represents and warrants that they have the legal authority to submit the Work for distribution and that the Work does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

3. Revenue and Payment

3.1 Foreign House will retain 10% of all revenue generated from the Work through digital streaming and downloads. This fee is in exchange for providing free distribution services.
3.2 The remaining 90% of revenue will be paid to the Artist.
3.3 Payments will be made to the Artist upon request, provided the Artist submits a written request for payment. Payment requests can be made no more frequently than once every six (6) months.
3.4 All revenue payments will be made via bank transfer or PayPal, and the Artist is responsible for providing accurate payment details. Foreign House is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information.
3.5 Foreign House Distribution will provide an earnings report to the Artist upon request, detailing the revenue generated by the Work over the preceding six (6) months.

4. Responsibilities of the Artist

4.1 The Artist is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the Work, including producer credits, publishing splits, and writers and featured artists' details.
4.2 The Artist must ensure that all uploaded files (audio, artwork, etc.) meet the required technical and legal standards for distribution.
4.3 The Artist agrees to promptly respond to any queries from Foreign House that may arise during the distribution process.

5. Responsibilities of Foreign House

5.1 Foreign House Distribution will make reasonable efforts to distribute the Work to all major streaming platforms in a timely manner.
5.2 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms or incomplete submissions from the Artist.
5.3 Foreign House will act transparently regarding the revenue generated from the Work and provide earnings reports as outlined in Section 3.5.

6. Termination

6.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice.
6.2 Upon termination, Foreign House will cease further distribution of the Work but retains the right to its share of any outstanding revenue generated prior to termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Foreign House is not liable for any loss of revenue, damages, or claims arising from:

• Delays caused by third-party platforms.

• Inaccurate information provided by the Artist.

• Breaches of copyright or third-party claims regarding the Work.
  7.2 The maximum liability of Foreign House under this agreement is limited to the total amount of revenue generated from the Work.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 Foreign House agrees to keep all Artist-provided information, including payment details and earnings, confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the Artist's consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of [Your Country/State].

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your music through Foreign House’s portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
